Interdisciplinary Project

The first-year scholars in their fall seminar course were asked to collaborate with a classmate whose art major differs from their own and work on a project in which they had to blend their artistic practice disciplines to create a new work of art. The process started with a guided tour of The Walters Art Museum collection. The scholars were then tasked with identifying one or more artworks from the collection that would inspire their collaborative work.
